For us the location was good as we were attending a program at the Hyatt on the opposite corner. The man at the desk (Mohammed) was very helpful. We had a problem with our billing due to a mistake made by booking.com and he resolved it quickly.

The wonderful man at the front desk Sunday morning at 8 am allowed me to check in because I’m one of those affected by the Line Fire. He should be commended for doing everything possible to assist me in our state of emergency

Easy booking through booking.com and easy check out. Staff was very nice at registration and housekeeping staff were also very nice. Did not hear any noise outside the room, which made it easy to sleep.
